A Gentle 4-week Journey through Depression
This is a gentle four-week series designed for people who may be feeling emotionally heavy, overwhelmed, or moving through depression.
Three times a week you’ll receive a short, guided audio (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Each journey invites you to imagine very small moments of light, movement, and connection.
Sometimes you might feel able to try the tiny real-world action that follows the journey. Other times you may simply imagine it.
Both are perfectly enough.
Tiny Light Journeys are based on a simple idea:
When everything feels dark, you don’t need a big transformation.
You only need to rediscover one tiny light at a time.
Over four weeks we gently reconnect with breath, the senses, small movements, the world around you and the quiet light that still lives within you.
There is no pressure, no performance, and no way to fail this journey.
