By the end of this module, you’ll carry a renewed sense of calm and trust, knowing you can always return to this safe, nurturing space within yourself.
This is more than a meditation, it’s a practice of self-trust, spiritual grounding, and divine intimacy. You are not just learning to feel safe; you are experiencing what it truly feels like to be cradled in love, fully supported, and deeply connected to the Divine.
This meditation, workbook and journal challenge, are designed to be completed over a four (4) week period. You can complete this quicker if desired, but it’s not advisable. In the first week do the meditation daily and start the workbook at the same time. From week two to four (2-4), use the 7-day journaling challenge and repeat the meditation as you feel necessary. If you feel it’s too soon to begin the journaling challenge, give yourself a week in between for integration. Then move on to the next meditation.
