By the end, you’ll carry a renewed sense of your authentic identity, rooted in Divine love, inner guidance, and the freedom to express your soul fully in the world.
This meditation and workbooks are designed to be completed over a four (4) week period. You can complete this quicker if desired, but it’s not advisable. In the first week do the meditation daily and start the workbook at the same time. From week two to four (2-4), use the 7-day journaling challenge and repeat the meditation as you feel necessary. If you feel it’s too soon to begin the journaling challenge, give yourself a week in between for integration. Then move on to the next meditation.
