You’ve arrived here because somewhere along the way, trust, whether in yourself, others, or life itself, was shaken. Maybe past hurts, disappointments, or betrayals have left you cautious, holding back, or unsure who or what is safe. That’s okay. You’re not broken, and you’re not alone.
This module is a safe space to gently rebuild that bridge. Through guided reflection, immersive exercises, and connection to your inner wisdom, you’ll learn to feel secure, discern when to open your heart, and reclaim the freedom to trust, not blindly, but with clarity, courage, and self-compassion.
By the end, you’ll carry tools and insights to approach relationships, life choices, and yourself with renewed trust; rooted in experience, self-compassion, and the quiet knowing that trust is something you can cultivate, step by step.
This meditation and workbooks are designed to be completed over a four (4) week period. You can complete this quicker if desired, but it’s not advisable. In the first week do the meditation daily and start the workbook at the same time. From week two to four (2-4), use the 7-day journaling challenge and repeat the meditation as you feel necessary. If you feel it’s too soon to begin the journaling challenge, give yourself a week in between for integration. Then move on to the next meditation.
